By accessing or using PiyoloGo ("the Service") at piyologo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
PiyoloGo is a digital platform that allows users to send mobile airtime top-ups to phone numbers in Haiti via Digicel and Natcom operators. The Service is available to users 18 years of age or older.
To use PiyoloGo, you must provide a valid phone number and complete verification via a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
By registering, you consent to receive SMS messages from PiyoloGo for account verification purposes. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP. Opting out may limit your ability to use the Service.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting a payment, you authorize PiyoloGo to charge your card for the amount displayed. All transactions are final once the top-up is delivered. Refunds may be requested within 24 hours if the top-up was not delivered due to a technical error.
PiyoloGo offers a points system. Points are awarded for qualifying transactions and referrals. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. PiyoloGo reserves the right to modify or discontinue the points program at any time.
You agree not to use the Service to:
PiyoloGo is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party operators (Digicel, Natcom) or telecommunications networks. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected transaction.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

PiyoloGo n'est pas responsable des retards causés par des opérateurs tiers (Digicel, Natcom). Notre responsabilité est limitée au montant payé pour la transaction concernée.
Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier ces Conditions à tout moment. La poursuite de l'utilisation du Service après les modifications vaut acceptation.
